Privacy policy
What we collect, why, for how long — and what we deliberately do not collect.
To be reviewed before going live. This text faithfully describes how the site and the games work, but it must be completed with the identity of the data controller and validated for your exact situation.
The principle
We ask for the minimum. Data that is not essential to running the game or meeting a legal obligation is not collected.
On this showcase site
- No analytics or advertising cookie is set by this site.
- The contact form and the studio newsletter form only transmit the information you type, and serve solely to reply to you or send you that letter.
- No third-party resource. The fonts are hosted on this site: no request is sent to an outside service, and your IP address is transmitted nowhere when the page loads.
In our games
Protection of minors
- No personal data from a child beyond a nickname. The email address belongs to the parent account (GDPR-K and COPPA framework).
- No free chat. Interactions go through predefined reactions.
- Public profiles show the nickname, avatar, level and progression: never the email, never the premium balance.
- A Parent Area allows a monthly spending cap, checked before any payment.
Payment
Purchases are handled by Stripe: payment happens on Stripe's pages and no card number transits through or is stored on our servers. We keep only the transaction record needed for accounting and after-sales support.
Technical logs
The operations dashboard keeps an error log capped at 300 entries, with no identifier and no IP address, and from which every URL parameter is stripped so that no token can end up in it. Visit counting is anonymous: a timestamp only, no IP address, no cookie.
Retention periods
- Game account: as long as the account is active, then deleted on request.
- Contact messages: for as long as it takes to handle the request, then limited archiving.
- Studio newsletter: until you unsubscribe, which takes one click.
- Technical logs: the last 300 entries, rotating continuously.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. For child accounts, those rights are exercised by the holder of the parent account. Write to contact@ludopia.fr: we reply within the legal period of one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
