How it works
A real market, silly companies
Tradopia borrows the vocabulary and the metrics of real markets — ticker, market cap, shares outstanding, volume, open, high, low, transaction fees, dividends, diversification. The difference : getting it wrong is free. Concepts are first lived through play, then named by Bricolo 🦫 and the Academy.
- The price follows the players. It moves because someone bought, not because a script decided so.
- Buy or sell in two taps. The exact cost, fees included, is shown before you confirm.
- A readable portfolio. Gain and loss per line, total wealth, ranking.
- A patient mentor. Bricolo explains on demand, and the tutorial replays whenever you want.

What you learn without noticing
No lesson before you have played. Every mechanic plants an idea, and the Academy puts the word on it afterwards.
Diversification
Betting everything on one company draws a lovely curve… until the day it falls. The portfolio makes the lesson visible line by line.
Fees, the detail that counts
1 % per transaction. Enough to understand very quickly why buying and selling ten times a minute is not a strategy.
Crashes, safely
Announced or surprise world events, teaching crashes : you live the panic once for pretend, and it serves you for life.

Bricolo explains, right where the question comes up
The help panel answered very well… provided you thought of opening it. An eight-year-old discovering an order book does not think « let me check the help ». Fourteen contextual bubbles now say one sentence, in the right place: after a purchase, « you only really gain on the day you sell ».

The state of the market in one line — index, daily move, mini chart — right above the balance. It is the first thing you look at when opening the game: it should not depend on a tab. Deliberately discreet, so it does not steal the show from the balance below.

Three screens had become walls of cards — up to fourteen in the Account tab. A screen of fourteen cards is not rich, it is unreadable. Nothing was removed: it is all split into short groups.

A sandbox, not a casino
No personal data from a child beyond a nickname — the email belongs to the parent account (GDPR-K / COPPA). No free chat : predefined reactions only. A Parent Area with caps and purchase approval. And every money calculation happens and is verified on the server, never in the browser.

Never. Zellions are a game currency, the companies are imaginary, and there is no way to convert a performance into real money. The only possible purchase concerns the premium currency, governed by the Parent Area.
From 8 with a parent account. The interface stays that of a real trading application : premium cartoon, never childish — which is precisely what makes the learning transferable.
Every money calculation is performed and validated on the server. The client is only a display : it never decides a price or a balance.
No. There is no free chat. Social interactions go through predefined reactions, and public profiles only show the nickname, avatar, level and portfolio.
